  3. Use this menu to open, save or print documents.

  5. Choose New to create an empty document.

  7. Choose Open to open a document.

  9. Choose Save to save the modifications made to the document.

  11. Disabled now because the document has not been named or there have been no modifications since the previous save.

  13. Choose Save As to save the document and name it.

  15. Choose Save as Template if the document is to be the default template everytime a new record is created.

  17. Disabled now because a template cannot be saved in an external window.

  19. Choose Statistics to display information about the document.

  21. Displays the dialog box to set the paper size, orientation and other printing options.

  23. Displays the document as it will appear when printed.

  27. Prints the current 4D Write document.
  28.  
  29. Disabled now because the document is empty.

  31. Merges the current 4D Write document with the selection of the current file.
